Green Apple & Ginger Smoothie for Weight Loss

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 green apple (cored and chopped)
  • 1 inch ginger (fresh, grated)
  • 1/2 banana (frozen)
  • 1 tsp honey ((optional))
  • 1 cup baby spinach (fresh)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes ((optional))
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
