- 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1 green apple (cored and chopped)
- 1 inch ginger (fresh, grated)
- 1/2 banana (frozen)
- 1 tsp honey ((optional))
- 1 cup baby spinach (fresh)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes ((optional))
